Today LinkedIn unveils a new visual identity and new functionalities. It’s the first major redesign in five years. Today it will be rolled out worldwide and visible to all members.
A more uncluttered and modern look makes using the platform easier. This while retaining the feeling of the community and the connection from the beginning, when LinkedIn was launched in 2003.
The highlights of the new design
Use of color: a warm color palette combined with blue and green accents to indicate action and selection options. The rounded shapes and buttons have been added for a finer user experience.
Intuitive Design: The new design has been optimized in space, size and typography structure to make use and navigation easy for members.
